We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team and drive the growth of Ghaaspaat Microgreens. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our microgreen products, meal plans, and workshops to individuals, schools, restaurants, and corporate clients. This position is ideal for someone passionate about health and wellness, with a flair for sales and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Outreach:
- Actively generate leads and identify new sales opportunities in target markets.
- Promote Ghaaspaat’s products (microgreens, school meal plans, workshops) to potential clients, including retail outlets, restaurants, schools, and corporate entities.
2. Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
3. Product Knowledge:
- Stay well-informed about the nutritional benefits, varieties, and uses of microgreens to educate customers effectively.
- Conduct product demonstrations and tastings to showcase the value of Ghaaspaat Microgreens.
4. Market Analysis:
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to the management team for product and service improvements.
5. Achieving Sales Targets:
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports.
6. Event Participation:
- Represent Ghaaspaat at fairs, events, and workshops to enhance brand visibility and generate sales.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience: 1-3 years in sales, preferably in agriculture, FMCG, or health-related industries. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and close deals effectively.
- Basic knowledge of health, wellness, and nutrition is an advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
