Job description:
**Install, rebuild, replace or repair refrigerators, washing machines,fans, motors, thermostats, fuses, filters, bearings, valves, controls, gaskets and other equipment as necessary**.

Maintain related records concerning time, labor and materials; maintain log of tasks performed and write reports as required. Perform other duties as assigned.

**Skills Needed**:
Problem-Solving Abilities.

An HVAC technician must be able to identify a problem and fix it.

- Time Management Skills.
- Comfort Working With Heavy Objects and Machinery
