**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and persuasive **Cold Calling Representative** to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products or services, and qualifying leads for follow-up by the sales team. Your goal is to spark interest, build rapport, and schedule appointments to help drive company growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make high-volume outbound calls to prospects using provided scripts and lead lists.
- Introduce company offerings in a clear, professional, and compelling manner.
- Qualify leads by identifying needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
- Schedule appointments or product demos for sales representatives.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Follow up on warm leads and handle callbacks effectively.
- Achieve or exceed daily and weekly call quotas and lead conversion targets.
- Stay up to date on company products/services and industry trends.
- Handle objections and rejections positively, maintaining professionalism throughout.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (preferred but not required).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Confident, persistent, and results-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic computer literacy; familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
