**Content Creator Internship (2-3 Positions)**
**Location**: New Delhi
**Duration**: 2 Months
**Stipend**: ₹5,000 - ₹10,000 (Fixed+Performance-Based)

Join our team and turn your passion into powerful content We're a fast-growing makeup brand looking for **Content Creator Intern** to help us build an engaging digital presence through creativity, confidence, and consistency.

**What You'll Do**:
Create high-quality video/photo content (in-office and in your college environment)
Handle **scripting, shooting, and editing** independently
Take full ownership of **one of our social media platforms** (e.g., Instagram, YouTube Shorts, or Pinterest)
Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, trends, and challenges
Track content performance and suggest improvements

**You Must Be**:
A **makeup enthusiast** who knows how to do makeup confidently
Comfortable being on camera and filming others
Skilled at using editing tools like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Rush, etc.
Able to **create, edit, and post content independently**
In possession of a **good-quality smartphone** (camera matters)
Familiar with platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.
Responsible, self-driven, and open to feedback

Real-world experience + chance to pitch and execute your own ideas
Work directly with the founding/creative team
Certificate + Letter of Recommendation
Opportunity for a **full-time or long-term role** post-internship **Screening Process - Show Us What You've Got**
A short **30-60 second video** filmed and edited **by you** (no filters, no beauty mode) doing a trendy makeup look
