**Key Skills and Competencies**:
1. Proven work experience as a video editor or videographer.

2. A bachelor's degree in film production, media studies, communications, or equivalent.

3. Strong knowledge and experience with various video editing software including Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Avid Media Composer.

4. Proficient in the use of editing, graphic, and special effects video software.

5. A keen eye, attention to detail, and artistic ability.

6. Ability to manage multiple projects from concept to final delivery by meeting deadlines collaboratively and independently.

7. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

8. Understanding of color grading, audio mixing, and video output formats.

9. Proven experience in video recording, scripting, directing, and lighting would be a plus.

10. Ability to work with a diverse and global team.
