Job Title: Dispatch Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and dispatch vehicles, drivers, and goods according to schedules and routes.

3. Monitor and track vehicle movements, delivery status, and other logistics-related information.

4. Resolve any logístical issues or problems that may arise during transportation.

5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of dispatches, deliveries, and other logistics-related data.

6. Collaborate with other teams, such as operations and customer service, to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.

7. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.

2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or dispatch; experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and global positioning systems (GPS) preferred.

3. Skills:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Strong organizational and time management skills.

3. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

4. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

4. Other Requirements:
1. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

2. Flexible and adaptable with changing priorities and deadlines.

3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
