**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends.
- Promote products/services through various channels - digital, social media, and field activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead generation and follow-ups.
- Participate in promotional activities, events, and exhibitions.
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
- Maintain marketing reports and databases.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the marketing domain.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,890.23 - ₹36,831.48 per month
