Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Perform precision soldering and desoldering of electronic components on PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards).
- Assemble, test, and repair routers, IoT devices, and other networking hardware.
- Inspect and troubleshoot faulty electronic circuits and components.
- Work with surface-mount (SMT) and through-hole (THT) components.
- Read and interpret schematics, circuit diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Ensure high-quality soldering work using soldering irons, hot air rework stations, and other tools.
- Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection measures to prevent damage to sensitive components.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, testing, and quality control.
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to improve assembly and repair processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- ITI Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in soldering and assembling electronic devices.
- Proficiency in hand soldering (SMT & THT) and rework techniques.
- Familiarity with IoT devices, routers, and networking equipment.
- Ability to identify and replace faulty electronic components.
- Knowledge of basic electronics, resistors, capacitors, ICs, transistors, etc.
- Good understanding of ESD safety precautions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small electronic parts.
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision and meet production targets.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with automated soldering machines.
- Knowledge of microcontrollers and embedded systems.
- Experience in IoT hardware assembly and troubleshooting.
