**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform precise soldering of electronic components, including ICs in small packages and 0603 resistors, according to specifications and quality standards.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
- Inspect and test soldered connections to ensure they meet established quality and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair defective components or assemblies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Soldering Technician or similar role in electronics manufacturing.
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for precise soldering tasks.
- Ability to solder ICs in small packages and 0603 resistors with high quality and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with various soldering techniques and tools, including soldering irons and hot air rework stations.
- Understanding of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

- Rotational shift
- Weekend only
