**Responsibilities**:
**Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Identify and leverage emerging trends in social media to stay ahead of the curve.

**Content Creation and Management**:

- Create compelling and shareable content across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of content.

**Ad Campaign**:

- Create performing ads campaign on various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.

**Audience Engagement**:

- Foster and grow our online community by actively engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages.
- Develop and execute campaigns to encourage user-generated content and community participation.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor social media analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing, communications, and design teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with influencers and other partners to expand our reach and impact.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Strong creative and analytical skills with the ability to translate ideas into engaging content.
- Experience in using social media management and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
