**Job Title: Dispatch Executive**

**Location:* Indore**

**Job Type:* Full-Time**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Dispatch Coordination**: Efficiently coordinate and dispatch drivers to deliver goods in a timely manner, adhering to delivery schedules.
- **Route Optimization**: Plan and assign optimal routes to ensure the most efficient delivery times while considering traffic, weather, and other variables.
- **Communication**: Maintain effective communication with drivers, customers, and the internal team to provide status updates and resolve any issues or delays.
- **Monitoring Deliveries**: Track deliveries in real-time, ensuring all shipments are on schedule and providing updates as needed.
- **Documentation**: Ensure all dispatch-related documents are properly managed, including driver logs, delivery reports, and other necessary paperwork.
- **Problem Solving**: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the dispatch process, such as delays, vehicle breakdowns, or other logístical problems.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure customers are kept informed of delivery statuses and assist with inquiries or complaints.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all dispatch operations comply with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in dispatch or logistics coordination.
- Strong knowledge of route planning and optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and solve problems on the go.
- Familiarity with dispatch management software is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,957.89 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Weekend availability
