**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Security Operations Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day security operations of the company, ensuring the protection of sensitive data and systems.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, identifying potential threats and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- **Compliance and Regulatory Oversight**:

- Ensure adherence to SEBI, NSE, and BSE regulations concerning security practices and data protection.
- Collaborate with the compliance team to develop and implement security policies that meet regulatory standards.
- Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and ensure the company’s security practices remain compliant.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks within the organization.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize vulnerabilities and threats.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to risk management and compliance.
- **Incident Response**:

- Lead the incident response team in the investigation and resolution of security breaches.
- Document incidents and responses, providing detailed reports to senior management and regulatory bodies as required.
- Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures.
- **Training and Awareness**:

- Conduct regular training sessions for employees on security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Promote a culture of security awareness throughout the organization.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare and present reports on security operations, incidents, and compliance status to senior management.
- Maintain detailed records of all security activities, incidents, and compliance efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations, with at least 3 years in a compliance-focused role.
- Experience in risk management, incident response, and regulatory compliance.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
