**Key Responsibilities**

Bookkeeping

Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally ERP.

Maintain and reconcile general ledgers, sub-ledgers, and bank accounts.

Statutory Compliance

Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST returns.

Calculate, deposit, and report TDS/TCS.

Assist with Advance Tax computations and filings.

Financial Reporting

Compile monthly management reports and P&L statements.

Income Tax Support

Gather client data and prepare ITRs for individuals, NRIs, and companies.

**Client Coordination**

Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients’ accounting queries.

Deliver timely follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships.

**Qualifications & Experience**

**Education**:
Bachelor’s in Commerce (B.Com) or (M.Com); CA-Inter / CMA-Inter preferred.

**Experience**:
2-4 years of hands-on accounting experience in a CA firm or corporate finance team.

Proven track record managing GST and Income Tax compliance for SMEs.

**Technical Skills**:
Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel (including pivot tables & Power Query).

Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar).

Basic understanding of Python or VBA for process automation is a plus.

**Knowledge Areas**:
Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) & Companies Act compliance.

GST Law, Income Tax Act 1961, TDS provisions.

Banking procedures, reconciliations, and financial controls.

**Core Competencies**:
Strong analytical and numerical aptitude

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High degree of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality

Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Initiative-driven with a continuous improvement mindset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
