**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹32,000 per month

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate new leads and convert them into long-term clients
- Maintain and grow business with existing customers
- Conduct client visits, meetings, and sales presentations across Delhi NCR
- Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close deals in line with company policy
- Track sales activities using CRM tools and report regularly to the sales manager
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in courier services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Strong knowledge of the Delhi/NCR courier market
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Valid driving license and own vehicle (preferred)
- **Age must be below 40 years**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in domestic and international courier sales

- Fixed salary**:₹25,000 - ₹32,000 per month**, based on experience
- Local travel allowance or company-provided vehicle (if applicable)
