**Job Title**: Solar Installation Technician

**Location**: Bangalore, India

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, including solar panels, inverters, batteries, and mounting structures.
- Perform electrical wiring and connections according to safety standards.
- Conduct site surveys to assess installation feasibility.
- Troubleshoot and repair solar system issues.
- Perform system testing and quality checks post-installation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and clients.
- Maintain records of installations, inspections, and service work.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
- Experience in solar panel installation is a plus.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and solar energy components.
- Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- **Must be well-versed in Kannada (read, write, and speak).**:

- **Must have a two-wheeler for travel to installation sites.**:

- Willingness to work at heights and outdoor environments.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in solar PV installation.
- Familiarity with government regulations and net metering policies.
- Experience with on-grid and off-grid solar systems.

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)
