- **Policy Development**: Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks.
- **Litigation Support**: Collaborate with external legal counsel on litigation matters, as necessary.
- **Training and Education**: Provide training to staff on legal issues, compliance, and best practices.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Monitor changes in legislation and advise the organization on necessary adjustments to policies or procedures.
