The Field Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. This role involves building relationships, providing product information, and driving sales growth within assigned territories.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Promotion**:

- Actively promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals.
- Address client inquiries and provide ongoing support.
- **Market Research**:

- Identify and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Gather feedback from clients to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- **Target Achievement**:

- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
- **Training & Education**:

- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Attend workshops and training sessions as necessary.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with marketing and product development teams.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure client needs are met.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of pharmaceutical products and healthcare industry regulations.

**Working Conditions**:

- Frequent travel within assigned territory.
- Flexible hours to accommodate client schedules.

**Compensation**:

- Base salary plus commission and bonuses based on sales performance.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Freelance

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
