Advising students on academic programs: You will be responsible for providing guidance to students about academic programs offered by the institute, including degree requirements, course schedules, and program expectations.
- Developing academic plans: You will work with students to develop individualized academic plans that align with their career goals, interests, and strengths.
- Monitoring student progress: You will be responsible for monitoring student progress and academic performance, and providing support and guidance to help students overcome any challenges they may face.
- Providing career counseling: You will help students explore career options and develop strategies for achieving their career goals, including job search techniques, networking, and resume writing.
- Facilitating workshops and seminars: You may organize and facilitate workshops and seminars on various academic and career-related topics, such as time management, study skills, and interview techniques.
- Maintaining student records: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records, including transcripts, academic plans, and advising notes.
- Collaborating with faculty and staff: You will work closely with faculty and staff to ensure that students receive the support and resources they need to succeed academically.
- Participating in program development: You may participate in the development of new academic programs and courses, and provide feedback on existing programs to ensure that they meet the needs of students.
- Providing referrals: You may refer students to appropriate support services, such as tutoring, counseling, or disability services, when necessary.
- Keeping up-to-date with academic policies and procedures: You will need to stay informed about academic policies and procedures, and be able to effectively communicate these to students.

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
