Job Title: Sales Associate (Admission Counselor)

Key Responsibilities:
**Counseling & Guidance: Offer personalized guidance based on students’ academic goals and interests. Help students identify the best-fit program, answering questions related to academic offerings, campus life, and career opportunities.**

**Event Coordination: Organize and participate in recruitment events, open houses, information sessions, and campus tours. Represent the institution at college fairs, high school visits, and other outreach events.**

**Collaboration with Faculty & Staff: Work closely with faculty, staff, and other departments to ensure a smooth and positive transition for admitted students. Coordinate with academic advisors, financial aid officers, and student services to ensure prospective students are fully informed.**

Qualifications:
**Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Communications, or a related field.**

**2+ years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or higher education counseling.**

**Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**

**Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students and families.**

**Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.**

**Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.**

**Proficiency with MS Office Suite and experience with admission management software (e.g., CRM systems) is a plus.**

**Skills**:**Knowledge of education admissions processes and requirements.**

**Strong customer service orientation with the ability to address inquiries and concerns.**

**Ability to engage, motivate, and inspire prospective students.**

**Public speaking and presentation skills for conducting information sessions and events.**

**A proactive, positive attitude and passion for education.**

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
