**About Us**
We are a growing educational institute dedicated to helping students achieve academic excellence. We are looking for a **smart, organized, and friendly Admin Coordinator** who can manage daily operations and ensure smooth communication between students, parents, and teachers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle student & parent inquiries (online + offline).
- Manage class schedules, attendance, and records.
- Collect and track fees; maintain proper payment reports.
- Coordinate with teachers and provide administrative support.
- Manage WhatsApp groups, calls, and messages.
- Update social media pages and share announcements.
- Assist with events, exams, and marketing activities.
**Required Skills**:
- Good **communication** & **problem-solving** skills.
- **Basic computer knowledge** (MS Excel / Google Sheets).
- Ability to manage **multiple tasks** efficiently.
- Familiarity with **social media** (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp).
- Prior experience in an educational institute is a plus but **not mandatory**.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
