Job Description:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Manage and curate content for Finch Interiors and Architect as well as Vrinda Luxury Home Fragrances, maintaining brand consistency and uniqueness.

2. Create creatives for posts, reels etc for social media and execute content calendars tailored to each brand's identity and target audience. Knowledge of Canva or other similar graphic design tool is a must.

3. Develop and implement paid advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reach.

4. Monitor and analyze social media metrics, providing regular reports and insights for continuous improvement.

6. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and innovative social media practices.

7. Work with freelance web developers and photographers to curate high quality content and website management.

8. Create a weekly report to showcase performance.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably with expertise in managing multiple brand accounts.

2. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, copywriting skills and best practices.

3. Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Meta Ads, Google Analytics)

4. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate engaging ideas.

5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage content calendars and campaigns effectively.

**Salary**: up to ₹20,000 per month. (Considering prior experience)

**Work schedule**: 6 days a week, two days in the office, providing flexibility for remote work as needed.

**Location**: Rohini, Delhi

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
