Shaapa Commerce Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing e-commerce company committed to delivering innovative products and seamless shopping experiences. We are expanding our digital footprint and looking for a creative and driven **Social Media Executive** to help elevate our brand presence across platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Create engaging content including graphics, videos, reels, and written posts to promote the brand and products.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with the online community in a timely and professional manner.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, giveaways, and promotions.
- Manage paid ad campaigns on social platforms (optional, depending on experience).

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, InShot, etc.)
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and trends.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of performance marketing and paid ads.
- Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
- Video editing/reel-making skills.

Pay: ₹9,750.15 - ₹20,000.00 per month
