**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic **Content Creator** to join our Interior Design team. This role involves capturing the transformation of spaces by creating engaging reels and visuals for our ongoing projects, including "before and after" highlights, to showcase our design expertise across social media platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Capture high-quality video and photo content on-site, documenting each stage of our projects.
- Produce compelling “before and after” reels that highlight the transformation of spaces.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to post and manage content on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and implement a content calendar to ensure consistent brand presence.
- **Storytelling**:

- Create engaging narratives for each project to help potential clients visualize the process and outcome of our services.
- Write captions and descriptions that align with our brand tone and target audience.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with interior designers and project managers to understand project timelines, details, and unique aspects of each site.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and other creatives as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- 6 months - 2 years of content creation experience, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or real estate industries.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or mobile-based tools for reels).
- Familiarity with social media trends, especially Instagram and Facebook.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to convey project transformations effectively.
- Ability to work independently on-site with mínimal supervision.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of interior design and architectural aesthetics is a plus.
- Flexibility to visit ongoing project sites within Pune.
- Portfolio of past content/reels is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 - 72 per week
