**Job Title**: Healthcare Voice Process Executive (Night Shift)

**Location**: Andheri East, Mumbai

**Job Type**: Full-time | On-site | Direct Company Payroll
**Shift**: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM (Fixed Night Shift)
**Weekends**: Fixed Off (Saturday & Sunday)

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to US insurance companies.
- Check claim status and verify insurance eligibility.
- Follow up on unpaid/denied claims.
- Assist with patient calling and voice-based healthcare support.
- Maintain accurate call records and reports.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Good English communication skills (verbal).
- Willing to work night shifts.
- Graduates or Undergraduates can apply.

**What We Offer**:
