**Key Responsibilities**:
**2. Provide Product/Service Information**: Offer detailed and clear information about products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.

**3. Manage Communications**: Efficiently handle inbound and outbound messages to ensure effective communication with customers.

**4. Handle Multiple Interactions**: Juggle multiple customer interactions simultaneously, ensuring each customer receives attention and assistance.

**5. Maintain Customer Records**:Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the system to maintain detailed records.

**6. Collaborate with Departments**: Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service processes.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience as a customer service, sales or similar role is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹23,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 36 - 45 per week
