**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**:

- Identify and qualify potential clients through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and prospects.
- **Sales Visits and Presentations**:

- Conduct sales visits to potential and existing clients to present products and services.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits, providing detailed information to address client needs and concerns.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or queries promptly and professionally.
- **Sales Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Plan and organize sales activities and schedules to maximize time and productivity.
- **Market Analysis and Reporting**:

- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory analyses to management.
- **Sales Administration**:

- Manage sales documentation, including contracts, agreements, and client records.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of sales processes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably within the [industry] sector.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
