**Job Title**:Finance Controller

**Experience**:1 to 5 years

**Responsibilities**:

- This critical role involves financial planning, analysis, reporting, and providing strategic insights to support the business objectives.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize the logistics division's profitability and efficiency.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business decision-making processes.
- Drive innovation to improve impact and get higher ROI for activities executed. Financial Reporting and Control: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for the logistics division, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, analysing variances and initiating corrective actions as needed.
- Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Cost Management and Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies within the logistics division.
- Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
- Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.

**Requirements**:

- Professional qualification such as CA.
- Proven experience as a Financial Manager.
- Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst.
- Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
- Proficient user of finance software Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
- A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
