**Key responsibilities and skills associated with this role**:

- Provide patient care and support.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs.
- Assist doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols.
- Monitor and manage complex medical equipment and life support devices.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatments.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide advanced life support when necessary.
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during crisis situations.
- Assist with daily activities of patients, including mobility, hygiene, and eating.
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- Document patient care activities, conditions, and responses.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, post-discharge care, and preventative health measures.
- Coordinate patient discharge planning and follow-up care.

**Education** - GNM (Fresher or Experienced) or ANM with Minimum 2 years of Work Experience

**Work Experience -** Minimum 6 Months-1 year of experience in a similar role in any Hospital or Health Care Setup.
