Qc Technologist

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct routine inspections and quality checks on incoming seafood products to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Perform sensory evaluations and organoleptic assessments of seafood products to assess freshness, flavor, texture, and overall quality.

Utilize laboratory equipment and testing methodologies to analyze samples for microbiological, chemical, and physical parameters.

Document and maintain accurate records of quality control tests, inspection results, and any deviations from established standards.

Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality issues, providing recommendations for process improvements as needed.

Monitor storage conditions and handling practices to prevent contamination, spoilage, or deterioration of seafood products.

Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures and protocols.

Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to seafood quality and safety.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Fisheries, Fishery Science, Food Science, Biology, or related field. A master's degree is a plus.

Previous experience working in quality control or assurance within the seafood industry is preferred.

Strong knowledge of fishery science principles, seafood processing techniques, and quality control standards.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry certifications related to seafood safety and quality (e.g., HACCP, FDA regulations).

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound decisions.

Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high standards of product quality and safety.

Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate findings to diverse stakeholders.

Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
