**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential issues in MEP systems.
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely and quality services.
- Monitor energy consumption and recommend solutions for energy efficiency.
- Ensure all systems comply with local regulations and safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, reports, and system logs.
- Respond promptly to emergencies involving MEP systems and coordinate resolution efforts.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless facility operations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in MEP operations or facility management.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, safety standards, and compliance regulations.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

**Work Schedule**:

- Monday to Saturday

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
