Position: Junior MEP – Planning

Location: Ghaziabad / Greater Noida

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in MEP planning and coordination for group housing and high-rise residential projects.
  • Support in preparing and monitoring electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting (L.D. & S.T.) work schedules.
  • Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and vendors for smooth execution.
  • Track project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and highlight deviations.
  • Assist in BOQ verification, material planning, and drawing review.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in MEP Planning within real estate projects.
  • Strong understanding of Low Voltage (L.D.) & Sewage Treatment (S.T.) systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools preferred.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
