**Job Summary**:
As a female hostess, you will be the face of the establishment, responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Your warm personality, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Greeting Guests**:
- Welcome guests as they arrive at the establishment.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus.
- **Reservation Management**:
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Maintain an organized system for seating guests and managing waiting lists during peak hours.
- **Customer Service**:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guests' inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure guests' needs are met promptly and professionally.
- **Menu Knowledge**:
- Have a thorough understanding of the menu, including food and beverage options.
- Assist guests in making menu selections and provide recommendations when requested.
- **Maintaining Cleanliness**:
- Ensure that the hostess station and waiting area are clean and organized at all times.
- Coordinate with the cleaning staff to maintain cleanliness in the lobby and entryway.
- **Coordinating with Staff**:
- Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Relay special requests or dietary restrictions to the appropriate personnel.
- **Upselling and Promotion**:
- Promote special offers, promotions, and events to guests.
- Encourage guests to try featured menu items or signature drinks.
- **Assisting Management**:
- Assist management with special projects or tasks as needed.
- Provide feedback on guest experiences and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
**Working Conditions**:
