**MIS EXECUTIVE - JOB PROFILE**

**Role Overview**: A Management Information System (MIS) Executive is responsible for managing and analyzing the data and information systems within an organization to support decision making, improve efficiency, and facilitate effective communication. Also responsible for payment follow up and invoice reconsolidation.

**Roles & Responsibilities:

- **
- Daily payment receipt checking using Tally and reconsolidate with respective invoice, deductions.
- If any deduction from Invoice value, Work with sales team and get clarity of deductions and account the same in Tally.
- Work with sales team/customers to get over due payment as per agreed payment terms.
- Discuss with management on overdue customers if required take necessary legal action on customer who delays payment beyond credit limit.
- Data Maintenance: Collect, organize and maintain accurate and relevant data from various sources within the organization.
- Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, monthly reports and submit to management.
- Database Management: Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity, security and accessibility for authorized personnel.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to enhance the efficiency of data collection and reporting.
- Collaboration: Co-ordinate with different departments and teams to gather relevant data, understands their information needs, and provides support for their data-related requirements.

- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline is typically required.
- **Collaboration**: Co-ordinate with different departments and teams to gather relevant data, understands their information needs, and provides support for their data-related requirements.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficiency in using tools like Tally, Microsoft Excel, database management systems, and Business Intelligence software.
- **Problem-Solving**: The ability to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and propose practical solutions to improve data processes.
- **Time Management**: Managing multiple tasks and priorities, meeting deadlines for regular reporting cycles and requests.
- **Ethical Considerations**: Awareness of ethical considerations related to data privacy, security, and compliance with relevant regulations
- **Team Player**: Collaboration is often essential in MIS roles, as you'll work with various teams to gather and provide data-driven insights

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
