Position: Business Analyst cum MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Utilize Advanced Excel skills to create interactive dashboards and reports for data-driven decision-making.
- Automate reporting processes using Macros and SQL for streamlined workflows.
- Interpret data trends and patterns to provide valuable insights for process enhancement.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis and MIS.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Macros, SQL, and Microsoft PowerPoint is mandatory.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Adept at managing and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry or medical coding is a plus.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
