**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Office Administration & Coordination**:
- Manage pantry inventory and office supplies to ensure availability at all times.
- Handle general office upkeep and coordinate.
- Ensure smooth communication within the team.
- Provide general support to visitors and assist new employees.
**Financial & Data Management**:
- Generate invoices and challans while ensuring accuracy in documentation.
- Manage PF in coordination with the finance team.
- Maintain and update financial and operational data in Excel for reporting purposes.
**Front-Desk & Communication Handling**:
- Greet visitors, answer calls, and handle inquiries professionally.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating office activities.
**Social Media Management**:
- Manage and update company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Post relevant content and engage with the audience.
- Track and report social media activities for insights and improvements.
**Requirements**:
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and efficiently manage daily office activities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Prior experience in office coordination, administration, or financial documentation is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
