**Key Responsibilities**:

- Day-to-Day Accounting Function: Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring the timely closing of books on a periodic basis, including periodic bank reconciliation, provisions/accruals, ledger scrutiny, and managing vendor & employee payments.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure statutory compliance with respect to GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other regulations, including timely return filing.
- Audit Management: Handle internal, statutory, GST, and tax audits, ensuring all documentation and processes are maintained for successful audits.
- Fund Flow Preparation: Prepare daily fund flow positions and maintain strong relationships with bankers to facilitate financial management.
- Invoice and Order Verification: Check RA bills, work orders, purchase orders, and other related documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Data Flow Understanding: Understand the process of data flow between trading and accounting systems, ensuring proper reconciliation between the systems to maintain financial accuracy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
