1. Identify new business opportunities and build a pipeline of potential Customers.

2. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Customers, ensuring their satisfaction with products or services and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including identifying target audiences, creating marketing content, and monitoring campaign performance.

5. Negotiate and finalize sales contracts with Customers, ensuring that terms and conditions are favorable to both parties.

6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive activity, and changes in the retail landscape to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

7. Prepare reports on sales activity, revenue performance, and other relevant metrics to provide insight into sales performance.

Job Requirement

2. Previous experience in retail sales, business development, or a related field preferred.

3. Strong sales skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with Customers.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and Customers.

5. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

7. Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
