Time Management (S/4 Hana HCM)

Expert in Positive Time Management

Expert in Time Schema, PCRs

Expert in Quota Generation via Time Evaluation

Expert in Clock-in & Clock-out (TEVEN) calculation and Overtime payments

Has knowledge of interfaces and integrations related to Time Management with 3rd party and SuccessFactors EC system

Has at least 3 Time Management implementation experience from start to finish

Expert knowledge in taking requirement from business users, translating them to Functional Specifications to get the ABAP developments done.

Payroll (S/4 Hana HCM)

Knowledge of Time Management and Payroll integration is must

Good knowledge of Payroll (Regular and Off-Cycle)

Good knowledge of Payroll Schemas, PCRs

Good Knowledge of Payroll posting to Accounting

SF Employee Central

Knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central is plus

Integration of SF-EC to S/4 HANA Time and Payroll is must

Knowledge of ECP (EC Payroll) is plus

Mandatory skills*
