Total Experience-8+

Must Have:

- Instance Administration
- User Management / Administration
- Roles & Authorizations (Implement & ensure GRC+SOD compliance)
- Platform Admin (HRIS Sync, UDF management, HomePage Settings)
- Provisioning Management (Data Model, Scheduled Jobs, Super Admin roles)
- Data Governance (GDPR, Purging, Scrambling, Masking)
- SSO, Multifactor Authentication
- Manage Release/Upgrades, Instance refresh & Outages
- Experience in more than one SF modules
- DMS (managing flow of document, resource sizing)
- Managing SF SFTP
