**Minimum Qualification Requirement**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant stream.
- CA Intermediate/ CMA / MBA / M.Com - Preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ø Review of Internal Financial Controls with respect to each process and assisting Finance Manager in laying down an internal financial control process documentation.

Ø Regularly monitoring of inventory controls including creation of a robust inventory management and reporting system.

Ø Ensuring strict internal control processes in managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash.

Ø Review and Finalize the TAAS (Time & Attendance System) of the employees of the assigned center.

Ø Verification of monthly Doctor wise insurance rejection report.

Ø Recording of the journal entries for accruals and adjustments.

Ø Periodical Reconciliation of Bank Statement and Balance Sheet Accounts.

Ø Review of the internal controls to prevent revenue leakage especially with respect to daily cash collection

Ø Regular follow up of pending payments from Insurance and corporates companies in coordination with the Insurance and Corporate Relations department.

Ø Proper documentation and maintenance of approved Insurance/ Corporate Contracts.

Ø Proper monitoring of daily transaction processing of Purchase Vouchers in line with the three way matching (Purchase Order, Goods Receipt Note and Vendor Invoice).

Ø Review and Report the receivable ageing report and ensuring corrective actions are taken therein.

Ø Monitoring and recording of corporate credit card payments, contracts and intercompany transactions.

Ø Monitoring of the vendor ageing reports to ensure payments are scheduled and disbursed in line with the cash flow allocation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
