**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and passionate ACCA/CPA Tutor to deliver high-quality training to students pursuing ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) qualifications. The tutor will focus on preparing students to succeed in their professional exams by delivering engaging lessons, offering mentorship, and providing academic support.

**Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching and Training**
- Deliver in-depth lessons on ACCA/CPA modules, including Financial Reporting, Taxation, Auditing, Business Strategy, and Management Accounting.
- Simplify complex accounting and finance topics to ensure effective student understanding.
- Provide real-world examples and case studies to enhance practical learning.

**Curriculum Development**
- Develop structured lesson plans and learning materials aligned with ACCA/CPA syllabus requirements.
- Stay updated with syllabus changes and incorporate updates into the curriculum.
- Create and administer mock exams, quizzes, and assignments to gauge student progress.

**Student Mentorship and Support**
- Track student performance and provide actionable feedback to help them improve.
- Motivate and inspire students to achieve their certification and career goals.

**Assessment and Feedback**
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and preparedness for exams.
- Offer constructive feedback on assignments, tests, and participation.
- Teach exam techniques, focusing on time management and accuracy.

**Professional Development**
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in ACCA/CPA qualifications and industry practices.
- Share professional insights and real-world scenarios to enrich student learning.

**Qualifications and SkillsEducation and Certifications**:

- Fully or part-qualified ACCA or CPA.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.

**Experience**:

- Professional experience in accounting, auditing, or financial roles is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Expertise in ACCA/CPA syllabus topics.
- Strong teaching, mentoring, and communication skills.
- Ability to use online teaching platforms effectively (if applicable).
- Proactive and supportive approach to student engagement.
