Apart from holding the current Direct Tax role, you are also provided a platform to delve into newer avenues.**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Working knowledge of Contract Act, Company Law, Labour Laws, Property laws, FEMA, Intellectual Property Laws, Arbitration Act and Stamp Act
- Drafting and Review of various types of contracts such as employment agreements and other employment related documentation, consultancy agreements, service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, memos
- Understanding of and support in relation to legal and commercial aspects and compliance in relation to transactions including mergers, joint ventures, acquisitions, share holders’ agreements, buy-back
- Analysing the applicability of any law to a situation in hand and understanding the implications of inclusion or otherwise of any clauses in the Agreement
- Process development and legal research

**Educational qualifications preferred**
- ** Category**: Professional Course
- ** Degree**: Bachelor of Laws - LLB, Chartered Accountancy - CA

**Required work experience**

**Required Skills**:

- To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,
- An LL.B (Optional - CS degree) along with prior exposure of 3 - 4 years on the corporate law side
- Excellent written and communication skills
- A dynamic personality with enthusiasm and passion to keep abreast with changing laws and regulations
- An ability to interact with regulatory agencies with clarity and precision
