**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle data entry, documentation, and record-keeping
- Maintain office files and records in an organized manner
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail or correspondence
- Support front office team and other departments as required
- Perform general administrative duties and errands
**Requirements**:
- Minimum qualification: At least Graduate
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
