**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing**
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Use job boards, professional networks, referrals, and social media platforms for recruitment.
**2. Screening & Selection**
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
**3. Interviewing & Coordination**
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
- Conduct structured interviews and provide feedback to hiring teams.
**4. Offer Management & Onboarding**
- Prepare offer letters and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
- Coordinate with HR teams to facilitate a seamless induction process.
**5. Recruitment Process Optimization**
- Maintain and update recruitment databases, reports, and dashboards.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best hiring practices.
**Key Skills & Competencies**:
**Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) & HRMS.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance related to hiring.
**Soft Skills**:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
**Preferred Experience & Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate setup or consultancy.
- **Certifications**: HR or recruitment-related certifications are a plus.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
**Time to Fill**: Average time taken to close a position.
**Quality of Hire**: Performance and retention rate of new hires.
**Sourcing Channel Effectiveness**: Contribution of different sources to successful hires.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
