We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented **Videographer and Editor** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand and goals. You’ll work closely with the creative and marketing teams to bring concepts to life through engaging and compelling visuals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to understand project goals and storyboards.
- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment on location or in studio settings.
- Capture high-quality video footage that meets technical and creative standards.
- Edit raw footage into polished videos for various platforms (web, social media, internal use, etc.).
- Add graphics, sound effects, voiceovers, and music to enhance storytelling.
- Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Maintain organized video archives and manage media assets efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest video trends, tools, and techniques.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure a consistent visual style.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a videographer and editor with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Familiarity with motion graphics software (After Effects is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of camera operations, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Excellent storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and composition.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A degree or certification in Film, Media, Communications, or related field is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in drone videography or 360° video.
- Knowledge of color grading and sound design.
- Familiarity with social media video best practices and trends.
- Experience working with marketing or content teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,171.66 - ₹35,015.31 per month
