*Job Title:* Social Media Manager

*Job Summary:*

*Responsibilities:*
- Manage and maintain our company's social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Create and curate high-quality content, including posts, stories, and ads
- Design visually appealing graphics, including infographics, social media posts, and ads
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase engagement and followers
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize content and engagement
- Collaborate with our team to create content and promote company initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

*Requirements:*
- 2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Excellent content creation skills, including writing, editing, and proofreading
- Graphic design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

*Nice to Have:*
- Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Sprout Social
- Knowledge of video editing software like Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro
- Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword research
