**Franchise Manager**
- Responsible for creating of New Franchisee
- Design, Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
- Manage the entire franchisee sales process.
- Responsible on generating leads, coordinate and follow up with leads till MOU.
- Developing new franchise by planning and meeting with exclusive investors.
- Identifying trends and determining sales system improvements
- Territorial survey including site identification & evolution.
- Infrastructure setup support to the signed up franchisees as per MOU.
- Assisting the franchisees in Recruitment of Staff.
- Marketing & admission handling Training to franchisees coordinator on consistent interval as & when required.
