Job Description: Customer Experience Executive

Location: Gurugram Udyog Vihar, Phase 5

Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday-Saturday)

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Confirmation Calls:

- Call clients to confirm the receipt of their policy and ensure they understand the policy details.
- Address any immediate questions or concerns raised by clients during the call.

2. Complaint Resolution:

- Handle client complaints and provide prompt, effective solutions in a calm and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues when necessary.

3. Client Relationship Management:

- Maintain a positive rapport with clients to build trust and ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide follow-up communication for unresolved issues or additional client inquiries.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

- Log all client interactions and feedback in the CRM system accurately.
- Share regular updates and insights with the team to improve processes and enhance client experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle client concerns patiently and professionally.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Previous experience in customer service or client handling roles is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
