Position: Hub Manager Education : Graduate / Post Graduate

Work Experience: Executive -4 Years

Location : Nigadi (Pune)

Roles and Responsibilities
- Minimize cost of Feeder and express with maximum capacity utilization
- Reduction in cost of pick-up and delivery
- On time performance of departure and arrival
- Hub Operations
- make sure cut off times are correct and routes run properly
- Development and retention of business partners and vendors
- Responsibity for the overall leadership and performance of the Hubs from sales, service, governance, profitability and team
- Escalates, informs, and resolves any issues that may impact submission builds or the logistics of global submission delivery to regional partners or Health Authorities
- Responsiblity for leading and developing a high performing team ensuring consistently high levels of capability and engagement
- Accountablity for ensuring the Hub Governance & Controls are robust and implemented consistently
- Setting clear customer acquisition and cross-sales targets that are consistent with best practice and benchmarked against high-performing hubs
- Functional Training to service staff
- Good geographical and networking knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Good people management capabilities

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
