Job Title: Operations Manager – Logistics (Hub Incharge)Company - MNCLocation: Chakan, PuneSalary: As per industry standardsExperience: min 7 yrs years in logisticsMandatory – All 3 Miles experience & end to end Fleet OperationsPlease share CV on (subject – Operations Manager, Pune)Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day operations of the logistics hub in Chakan, including inbound (first mile) and outbound (last mile) activities.- Lead and supervise a team of delivery executives, sorting staff, and transport coordinators.- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments, maintaining TAT and service quality.- Monitor and optimize vehicle routing, load planning, and delivery scheduling.- Coordinate with transport vendors, courier partners, and clients for smooth operations.- Handle manpower planning, shift scheduling, and training of operations staff.- Maintain MIS reports, shipment tracking, and hub performance metrics.- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory guidelines.- Resolve delivery issues, exceptions, and customer escalations promptly.- Drive continuous improvement in process efficiency and cost control.Requirements:- Graduate or above (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations Management).- 4+ years of experience in logistics operations, hub management, or transportation handling.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Familiarity with first mile & last mile logistics processes.- Good knowledge of local geography and transport routes in Pune/Chakan region.- Excellent communication and coordination skills.- Proficient in Excel and logistics management systems.Regards,Neha
